FARIBORZ BOOR BOOR is the company’s founder. As its President/CEO he leads its strategic business development efforts. Prior to Caerus, he co-founded Exos Corporation and as its President/CEO, successfully built and sold the business to DJO Global. He co-founded Enova Medical Technologies in 2006 and as its CEO was instrumental in launching Exos Corporation. Prior to joining Exos and Enova, he served as the President and CEO of Visiled Inc. where he was responsible for the development and commercialization of the company’s revolutionary LED-based surgical headlight system and an LED-based OR overhead lighting system. Before Visiled, Fariborz served as the Executive Vice President of Synovis Life Technologies, and held the position of President and COO of Synovis Interventional Solutions. Fariborz holds a B.S. degree in Chemistry and Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire.

NICK ROBERTS Nick is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Roberts Development Company, a private business entity founded in 1955, which owns, operates and manages the 26th largest real estate portfolio in the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota area. Nick is also the Owner and Managing Director of Berkley Capital Group LLC, a private equity firm founded in 2010.

STEVE SMITH Steve practiced law in the Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota metropolitan area continuously from 1967 until 2011 with a focus on the representation of entrepreneurs and their start-up, development stage and emerging businesses. In early 1999, Steve left private practice to serve as full-time General Counsel and Vice President, Sales & Marketing of Advanced Respiratory, Inc., a manufacturer of a medical devices. Steve was on the team that successfully sold Advanced Respiratory to a large NYSE company in a liquidation event in the fall of 2003. Steve has served on many Boards and is currently a member of the Board of Genii, Inc. He graduated from Amherst College, Amherst, Massachusetts with a B.A. degree in Economics, and from the University of Minnesota Law School with a Juris Doctor degree.

JOHN DINUSSON leads the company’s OrthoCor Medical business as its President and was the CEO of OrthoCor Medical before it was acquired by the company. He brings over 20 years of leadership in diverse areas, including venture capital, finance and operations. John’s primary experience was at Blumberg Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm that specializes in leading Seed and Series A rounds in syndication with angels, venture capital firms and strategic investors. John led Initiative Ventures where he worked with early stage Minnesota-based ventures. He has worked with many successful start-up companies in obtaining financing and in their growth efforts. He currently works in an advisory capacity with several early stage companies. Mr. Dinusson is also on the company’s Board of Directors and Chairman of the Board of Tech Dump. John holds a B.A. in South Asian Studies degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
